Welcome to the jungle! The Jungle Room that is. A beautiful restaurant and cocktail lounge that is as wildly creative and inspiring as the menu itself.

Pacific has been a long-term partner with the Jungle Room owner for many years now, and supporting them as they introduced this exciting new concept to Vancouver was a true pleasure. We worked with the talented team at MGBA to bring the design to life. Here is more from them on the inspiration and creation of this innovative space:

“Inspired by a canopied jungle, the design evokes feelings of cover and seclusion – curved booth seating to offer more privacy, cascading overhead plants and dripping light fixtures work to achieve this aesthetic and intimacy.”

Jungle Room is split into three distinct areas – the Lounge, Dining Room, and Library. The Lounge includes cozy booths and banquettes surrounded by cascading foliage. And don’t forget to look up! Bird-like perch pendants are sitting amongst the vines, a Bocci 21 pendant falls like petals, and there is plenty of texture amongst the wall panelling, wall covering, and rich leather seating.

The golden backlit bar is one of the main showcase areas in the restaurant, and sits right across from the dining room where guests can sink in and take it all in. Moving up the stairs you’ll find the library – a cozy nook filled with curiosities and eye tricks if you’re paying attention. 😉

The menu at Jungle Room is equally as exciting as the space itself. Elevated dishes inspired by Indonesian and Japanese flavours accompanied by the most creative cocktails makes this spot the perfect place to visit from brunch ’til late.
