Established as a family business in 2007 and now led by internationally trained professional chefs, Seasons Catering is all about exceptional culinary creations and personable service. A leader in Vancouver’s corporate and private events world, the team at Seasons Catering needed a new streamlined commercial kitchen and work space to support the growing business.
We worked with W/A Office to transform a greasy old bakery in Mount Pleasant into the shiny new HQ for the Seasons team. Efficiency was key for this commercial kitchen. We needed to maximize the operational flow, so that everything during the production process was as smooth as possible. New offices and meeting rooms were also built in, so that staff and guests alike had a warm and welcoming space to settle into.
A modern and high performance kitchen was needed in order to support production of their exceptional food. Extensive electrical was run throughout the space to make sure the kitchen and work spaces were bright and beautiful. We worked with the team at Pacific Restaurant Supply for all of the custom stainless steel throughout the kitchen alongside the new equipment. The mechanical systems were also all improved, ensuring the new unit was brought up to meet current code.
