When it comes to TV, it’s often behind-the-scenes where the real magic happens. Take Lark Productions, for example. With a growing team, a bustling office, and hit shows churning out, the Vancouver-based company felt it was time to renovate their home base to support the top-tier TV shows coming out of their Chinatown office.
Office renovation
The bones of the 6th floor office were too good to be true – big windows, tons of natural light, and enviable views of the water, stadium district, and busy Chinatown neighbourhood. What they really needed though was function – office space for the executive members, storage, and an open concept work environment for the entire team.
Working with Hunter Office Architecture, we turned the Lark Office into a space fit for TV – clean, cool, and bright, accentuated by intricate wood details, copper piping, and custom built furniture and office fixtures by the Pacific workshop.
