CENTRAL LOCATION
Our head office and workshop is centrally located in East Vancouver, just minutes to Vancouver’s downtown core and along main travel routes to all areas of the city. This allows our team to be easily mobilized throughout the day as needed, in addition to operations and management only being minutes away.
BUILD AND TRADE EXPERIENCED
We have expertise when it comes to working with Vancouver’s historic buildings and its brand new developments. Our long-standing working trade relationships offer us preferred pricing on materials and construction equipment, and we are certified trades specialists with contract management.
ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING
During the course of the project we provide progress billing, budgetary support documentation and update meetings to ensure clear and efficient information flow.
IN-HOUSE CONTROL
We keep as much of the project as possible in-house, giving us control over scheduling and protecting the quality we pride ourselves on. We employ a dedicated team of permanent, full-time employees to build and finish your space, in addition to owning a fully equipped state-of-the-art millwork shop for all millwork.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Our team knows your space best. We offer post-construction service and maintenance on all of our completed projects.
